The Joe McNally Ezybox Hotshoe is part of our highly acclaimed softbox range for battery operated flashguns. Unlike our existing range of Ezybox Hotshoe softboxes, the Joe McNally version features a white interior rather than silver which offers a slightly softer, creamier level of diffusion. As with our other softboxes this version features two removable diffusion layers and is compatible with our softbox accessories such as grids and the creative mask strips.

Returns Policy

Replacement of 7 days is covered for manufacturing defect only.
You should expect to receive your replacement within 5 to 8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to ship the product back to you (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to replace an item after it has been approved by us, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This option shall be visible once your order has been delivered to you.

Drones, Robots and its Accessories cover no warranty, returns or replacement. There is no service center of DJI in India and the products cannot be inspected by any person. These Products will be checked by us before shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
