You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Design Info is an official partner of Tether Tools and all products are covered in warranty as per the brands terms. A Valid Invoice is needed to redeem the warranty and Design Info provides a valid invoice with each sale which can be used in any of the global warehouses of Design Info. Tether Tools stands behind all of our products. They are committed to quality and build their products with only the highest quality materials. All products are covered by one of the following three warranties. Please review the product page for which warranty applies.
Lifetime Warranty Tether Tools warrants all products covered under the Lifetime Warranty shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered for the life of the product. Wear and tear are not covered under our warranty policy. Studio Support and Clamps are covered in this warranty.
One-Year Warranty Tether Tools warrants all products covered under the 1-year warranty shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered under a limited 1-year warranty. Wear and tear are not covered under our warranty policy. Cables Communication and Power Management products are covered in this warranty.
Limited 90 Day Warranty Tether Tools warrants all products covered under the 90-day warranty shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered under a limited 90-day warranty. Wear and tear are not covered under our warranty policy. All Tetherpro cables are covered in this warranty.
Without Warranty Software does not carry a warranty. Once purchased, software is not able to be returned. All non-Tether Tools brand products and software are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
TERMS OF WARRANTY Tether Tools warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the defined period above from the date of purchase. If the products are determined by Tether Tools to be defective or fail to meet minimum published specifications, they will be replaced free of charge at Tether Tools’ sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, Tether Tools will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect incidental, consequential cost or damage. Wear and tear is not covered. Should there be a warranty claim, you may be asked to produce your proof of purchase with the returned merchandise; therefore, it is recommended that the buyer keep their receipt. Products returned for repair and not covered by warranty will be charged Tether Tools’ standard repair rates. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. This limited warranty is to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A.
All warranty items may require a proof of purchase and/or itemized receipt for exchange. If any defects are identified, products may be exchanged for the exact same new product by contacting email@example.com within the specified warranty period.
