    Godox S2 Overview

    Adjustable to fit most speedlites, the Godox S2 Speedlite Bracket for Bowens is more compact and portable than the original S-type bracket and lets you maximize the potential of your on-camera flash while allowing you to use Bowens accessories. The bracket supports your flash either vertically or horizontally, employing non-scratching, light pressure rather than touch-fasteners or tape. Light modifiers such as reflectors, softboxes, and snoots mount to the front of the bracket as they would on a Bowens flash head. The bracket tilts nearly 180 degrees and has a 5/8" receiver for stand mounting.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There are a few exceptions in the same such as DJI Drones. Drones have no return policy at all once shipped cannot be returned or cancelled. The warranty and support for drones is not provided in India currently.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    Anything has happened to your Godox equipment ? We are here to help you. Design Info has Godox Service Center in India, USA, Australia & Germany as well as partners in 54 other countries. We carry out repairs and service of whole range of Godox equipment. As authorized Service Center we carry warranty and post-warranty repairs. Repair requests can be made through the reseller or directly to Design Info.

    All necessary information about the repair costs and its timeframe can be found below.

    Warranty repairs

    The basis for the warranty claim is proof of purchase of the product in the form of a receipt or an invoice issued at time of purchase from Design Info. If the Customer does not provide a relevant document, Design Info is entitled to charge a fee for the work time and parts necessary to perform the repair. Most Godox products include 2 years warranty. Softbox and Studio Accessories include 1 Yr Warranty. Warranty documents are given with the product. Warranty includes all kinds of manufacturing defect but does not include physical damage caused by the user.

    Duration of service

    Within 10 working days from the claim’s start, Design Info will carry out an assessment of the equipment failure and inform the Customer about the repair’s status. Warranty claim processing and necessary repairs may take up to 30 days in total. Design Info will make every effort to ensure that all of the diagnosed equipment failures are going to be removed as soon as possible.

    Rejection of a warranty claim

    Design Info has the right to decide if the reported equipment failure is covered by the limited warranty. In the case of a warranty claim rejection, the Customer will receive a cost evaluation of a non-warranty repair.

    Repair Options

    At any time, the Customer can report the defect which is not covered by the limited warranty and ask for a repair. In such a case, malfunctioning equipment must be sent to Design Info for inspection. Design Info will carry out an assessment of the equipment failure and inform the Customer about the estimated cost and time of the repair.

    Shipping costs

    All costs of shipping of the equipment to Design Info should be covered by the Customer. Return package will be sent by Design Info free of charge. Customer is charged with all shipping costs of equipment that require repairs that are not covered by the limited warranty.

    Payment

    The fee amount and the payment method for the repair is individually determined each time and the Customer is informed of them if the question arises.
