Following on from last season, oversized jackets continue to prevail for women – the bigger the better!
The strongest shape came in a ‘ski-style’ that sported an array of interesting details – zip up collars doubled up with an extra large hood, buttoned-down flaps with chunky buttons, cosy shearling lining, dual pockets and stitched down (horizontal tuck) stripes.
TRENCH LOVE
When two icons unite, excellence prevails! The denim trench coat is one of those luscious items that will never cease to bore. Here we see it reborn in both vintage and modern forms. Reflecting on the past, we spotted inverted box-pleat pockets, slouchy epaulets and a Western shaped back flap, while the contemporary style flaunts contrast fabric side-seam inserts and interesting button details.
