The Mini is smaller than the brand’s original LC500R stick while bringing additional functionalities. You can easily hold it in your hand using its detachable grip or even hide it unobtrusively in tight areas. The light stick offers a combination of tungsten, daylight, and RGB LEDs to give you both a bi-color output and tons of RBG colors.

The LC500R Mini lets you make your selections using onboard controls or the Godox Light app and your smartphone. Yet another example of the light’s versatility is 15 built-in special effects to elevate the look of your projects. A built-in battery provides 100%, 5600K continuous output for about 50 minutes. The light ships with a carry bag to add to its portability.

Compact Size, Bright Output

Another benefit of using LEDs is low power draw, and although the compact LC500R Mini consumes just 20W of power, it outputs up to 1580 lux at 3.3′ (5600K), providing great brightness for your work.

Highly Adjustable and Accurate Colors

Both CCT color temperature and intensity settings are continuously adjustable, from 2500 to 8500K and 0 to 100%, respectively. The light’s RGB mode allows 360° color wheel choices as well as HSI tweaking. Furthermore, CRI and TLCI ratings of 95 and 96 indicate accurate color performance.

Handheld Operation and Control

This easy-to-use light allows quick setup and operation, even one-handed. You can use the intuitive local display and buttons to precisely adjust color temperature, brightness, and other settings. The Godox Light app is another option to control the fixture via Bluetooth from up to 98.4′ away.

15 Effects

The LC500R Mini comes with 15 included lighting effects to help you simulate different scenarios. In addition, its unique built-in microphone can monitor the ambient music and adjust the light to change brightness and color along with the beat of the music, making a simple shoot look like a music video.

Rechargeable Battery

This light stick is powered by an integrated battery that can be recharged in approximately 1.4 hours. A USB-C cable is included for convenience.

Silent Fan

You can turn the fan off if absolute silence is needed. The LC500R Mini will still operate at up to 50% maximum brightness.

2-Leaf Barndoors and Mounting

• The included 2-leaf barndoors narrow the beam angle to direct the output where it’s most needed. The light spread can be directed to the main subject for emphasis or used to flag areas that require reduced lighting.
• Equipped with double-sided 1/4″-20 threads for easy mounting onto a separately available tripod or light stand.
