Returns Policy

• Replacement of 7 days is covered for manufacturing defect only.
• You should expect to receive your replacement within 5 to 8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to ship the product back to you (1 to 3 business days).
• If you need to replace an item after it has been approved by us, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This option shall be visible once your order has been delivered to you.
• All terms of returns & refunds can be found on the Return Policy.
• Drones, Robots and its Accessories cover no warranty, returns or replacement. There is no service center of DJI in India and the products cannot be inspected by any person. These Products will be checked by us before shipping.
