DJI RavenEye Overview

The Ronin RavenEye Image Transmission System enables live camera view and the ActiveTrack 3.0 feature of the DJI RS 2 gimbal. It transmits your camera’s live view directly to the gimbal’s touchscreen display as well as the companion mobile app, allowing you to use your phone as a monitor. The RavenEye can also be used with the RSC 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro gimbals, but it’s limited to enabling ActiveTrack and allowing remote control and monitoring. It doesn’t transmit the camera’s live view to the touchscreen of the RSC 2.

The RavenEye attaches directly to the gimbal using included screws. It connects to compatible cameras via one of the included HDMI cables (depending on your camera) and links up to your smartphone over Wi-Fi. Please see the DJI website for an up-to-date list of compatible cameras.

Returns Policy

Replacement of 7 days is covered for manufacturing defect only.
You should expect to receive your replacement within 5 to 8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to ship the product back to you (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to replace an item after it has been approved by us, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This option shall be visible once your order has been delivered to you.

Drones, Robots and its Accessories cover no warranty, returns or replacement. There is no service center of DJI in India and the products cannot be inspected by any person. These Products will be checked by us before shipping.
