GoPro Warranty (2nd Year)

1. This warranty is for Gopro Action Camera (Brand Gopro) only and no other products or parts.
2. 2nd Year warranty is provided if and only if the listing has mentioned about 2nd year warranty for the particular product.

What is not covered under warranty:
Warranty will cease to exist in the following conditions:

• Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear.
• Accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from using this product.
• Incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from using this product or any of its part.
• Physcal damage of any kind on the product.
• Water damage, rusting, bubbles in screen and water incurred in product defects. Water housing leakage or any resulting damage
• Over charging, wrong charging, using third party chargers damage the mother board and display which is not covered.

Repair Terms:

• Returns or replacements of parts and products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and restocking fees.
• All repairs will be done by Design Info by their team in India. Gopro and its team is not involved in the same. The repairs / replacement will be carried out under the guidance of Design Info
• All repair parts will be provided by Design Info with the replacement parts sourced locally in India. Some repacement are repair parts may not be ownd by GoPro brand
• Repair time is usally 3 to 4 weeks subject to availaibility of parts.
• The product will be opened and repaird by Design Info team and noticable marks, scratches may be visible on the product after repair.
• The warranty of the product will not exceed the original warranty timeline of the product. The product can be tested and checked on the same day of receipt. Further warranty claims after repair are subject to if and only if the original warranty timline has not exceeded and shall be treated as a new defect.
• Product must be registered with Design Info for 2nd yr warranty. Repairs are only provided in 2nd year, not replacement.
