Note: When this product is used with Ace Pro & Ace, users must purchase the Quick Release Mount or 3-Prong to 1/4″ Adapter, sold separately. For best stability, only extend the selfie stick to 2 sections (~70cm) with the ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition. When extending longer, please use discretion and assess the stability of the camera while shooting. Do not use long selfie sticks at high speeds or in action scenarios. Invisible Selfie Stick effect can only be achieved with 360 cameras.

Returns Policy

Replacement of 7 days is covered for manufacturing defect only.
You should expect to receive your replacement within 5 to 8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to ship the product back to you (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to replace an item after it has been approved by us, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This option shall be visible once your order has been delivered to you.
