This trendbook talks about design in its material aspect, addressing all sectors. Each season different themes are addressed, composed of range materials (a selection of innovative material bases that identify each theme) and inspirational materials researched and manipulated in-house through the use of our material laboratory and semi-industrial machines (laser, uv printing and embroidery). Each material and each finish encompasses different directions, from the more inspirational to the more technical.

Returns Policy

Replacement of 7 days is covered for manufacturing defect only.
You should expect to receive your replacement within 5 to 8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to ship the product back to you (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to replace an item after it has been approved by us, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. This option shall be visible once your order has been delivered to you.

Drones, Robots and its Accessories cover no warranty, returns or replacement. There is no service center of DJI in India and the products cannot be inspected by any person. These Products will be checked by us before shipping.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Dimensional weight may be more than actual weight. We calculate based on dimensional weight only.
