Google Pixel 7 Pro vs iPhone 14Pro

The biggest debate of the year.
Android vs IOS
Apple vs Google
Two of the biggest flagship phones of the year, the iPhone 14 Pro and the Pixel 7
Pro.
This blog might clear out a few barriers you may have about whichever one you are
choosing on buying, and it’ll let you make a clear decision for yourself over which is
the better choice for you.

Design:
Both the phones could not be more apart when it comes to design.
The Pixel 7 Pro has a unique design that sets it apart from other smartphones on the
market. Its camera bar that spans the width of the phone’s back is not only
aesthetically pleasing, but it also houses some of the best cameras in a smartphone.
The phone is available in three colours: black, silver, and gold.
The iPhone 14 Pro on the other hand follows on with its traditional triple camera on
the back with a slight bump and is available in 4 colours, Graphite, Gold, Silver and
Sierra Blue.
Display:
The Pixel 7 Pro has a 6.7-inch OLED Display that has a QHD+ resolution with a 120
Hz refresh rate. This display is one of the best in the market and has vibrant colours,
deep blacks and a punchy viewing experience overall.
The 14 Pro on the other hand has a smaller 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with
a slightly lower resolution. The advantage however is that it features Apple’s
ProMotion technology, which allows its display to dynamically adjust its refresh rate
up to 120Hz to as low as 10Hz. This leads to a smoother user experience as well as
a substantially longer battery life.
Camera:
The biggest point of comparison.
The Pixel 7 Pro has a 50 MP main sensor, a 48 MP ultrawide lens, and a 12-MP
telephoto lens. This camera system apart from its hardware has amazing software-
based processing which gives you a wide range of super useful features which allow
you to edit professionally with a tap of a button.
The iPhone 14 Pro has a triple camera set-up with 12-megapixel sensors for the
main, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses. Even though the iPhone’s camera system is
regarded as one of the best on any smartphone, it probably won’t match up to Pixel’s
performance in low-light and portrait mode conditions. 12-megapixel sensors for the
main, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses.
Performance:
Without boring you with the details, the simple answer is that both are exceptionally

good but the iPhone is slightly better due to its top-end A16 Bionic chip, 5-nanometer
design and 5-core GPU.
That being said. Both phones won’t only get everyday things running smooth and
crisp but even work amazingly well under tedious tasks. There need not be even a
doubt of worry when working with these phones, because may they be games,
documents, photos, calls or anything else. These are just beautiful specimens of
smooth and reliable workflow and performance.
Battery Life:
When looking at the specs, the Pixel has a 5000 mAh battery whereas the iPhone
has a 3095 mAh battery. But when compared with real use, they both have similar
battery lives clocking in anywhere between 16-22 hours depending on what you do
with your device.
Finally, we can see that both phones are majorly neck-to-neck in every aspect. The
one biggest differentiating factor comes in with the software UI and hence the user
experience.
The Pixel 7 Pro runs on Google’s Android OS. This is more customizable and is the
UI used on most phones in the market apart from Apple devices.
The iPhone 14 Pro uses IOS, which is known for being user-friendly, tightly
integrated and synonymous with the ecosystem.
The end choice comes to the preferences of the user and where he is most
comfortable.
