You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There are a few exceptions in the same such as DJI Drones. Drones have no return policy at all once shipped cannot be returned or cancelled. The warranty and support for drones is not provided in India currently.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Design Info has Manfrotto Service Center in India, USA, Australia & Germany as well as partners in 54 other countries. We carry out repairs and service of whole range of Manfrotto equipment. As authorized Service Center we carry warranty and post-warranty repairs. Repair requests can be made through the reseller or directly to Design Info.

The basis for the warranty claim is proof of purchase of the product in the form of a receipt or an invoice issued at time of purchase from Design Info. If the Customer does not provide a relevant document, Design Info is entitled to charge a fee for the work time and parts necessary to perform the repair. Most Manfrotto products include 2 years warranty. Gobo and Studio Accessories include 1 Yr Warranty. Warranty documents are given with the product. Warranty includes all kinds of manufacturing defect but does not include physical damage caused by the user.
Duration of service
Within 10 working days from the claim’s start, Design Info will carry out an assessment of the equipment failure and inform the Customer about the repair’s status. Warranty claim processing and necessary repairs may take up to 30 days in total. Design Info will make every effort to ensure that all of the diagnosed equipment failures are going to be removed as soon as possible.
Rejection of a warranty claim
Design Info has the right to decide if the reported equipment failure is covered by the limited warranty. In the case of a warranty claim rejection, the Customer will receive a cost evaluation of a non-warranty repair.
At any time, the Customer can report the defect which is not covered by the limited warranty and ask for a repair. In such a case, malfunctioning equipment must be sent to Design Info for inspection. Design Info will carry out an assessment of the equipment failure and inform the Customer about the estimated cost and time of the repair.
All costs of shipping of the equipment to Design Info should be covered by the Customer. Return package will be sent by Design Info free of charge. Customer is charged with all shipping costs of equipment that require repairs that are not covered by the limited warranty.
