- Shipping always includes taxes, duty and other charges. No other fees are applicable other than those paid on the website of Design Info.
- Tax Invoice with applicable input VAT / GST is always included in a sealed white involope with sign & stamp of Design Info in the package.
- We usually ship same day and maximum delivery time is 3 to 5 days as our distribution networks is spread globally.
- Video Call to physically see a product can be arranged upon request. Appointments at our warehouse are available based on corporate requests.

Hassle Free Returns are applicable for 7 days on all items except background paper, lights, customized and media products. Returns have to made back to Mumbai, India to our warehouse. Kindly view the product terms and warranty. All products are shipping with 1 Yr warranty minimum, unless otherwise specified. Certain products such as Godox, Profoto, Elenchrome, Pantone have additional 1 Yr warranty. For any repairs the product can be shipped to Mumbai, India. Replacement takes about 4 working days. Standard Delivery Policy:
- Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.
- All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
- Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
- Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
- Items which are made to order ship out in 4-5 business days.
- Custom items can take between 5-8 business days to ship. Most products shipped from Mumbai only.
- Items are always shipped only from our warehouses. No third Party is involved.
- If a product is not in stock in the respective warehouse then it is shipped from our Mumbai warehouse which is our central warehouse.
- United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx & DHL are the package services used by Design Info. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS.
- Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service. All Freight charges are included in the order placed on the website, unless same day delivery is requested. Same Day delivery incurs additional charges.
- Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air. There is no guarantee that order received after 11 am EST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments. NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
- Design Info is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
- Design Info is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
- All packages are insured when they leave Design Info. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. Design Info is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working da after receipt of payment and complete transaction of payment & if the product is in stock. The product will be shipped via courier services that we think is best suitable according to the location, cost and size of delivery, with tracking if available and drop-off without signature (90% cases it is UPS /FedEx). If you prefer delivery by a specific courier service with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if you desire to avail this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if that courier service provides the same, which we use to deliver that particular package.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees cannot be negotiated or questioned upon. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If the product delivered is damaged , we will replace the same product if notified to us within 5 days of the delivery of the product.
For Cash on Delivery:
Confirmation details are mandatory and all the requested information will have to be emailed to us unless specified. Failing to do so may end up cancelling your order.
The confirmation request may include company letter head confirmation and personal signature which has to be completed by the buyer. Address proof which can be only electricity bill or telephone bill provided by the government of that country in which the customer resides will be permitted.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
None of the products can be returned on any grounds apart from the fact that the product delivered is damaged or an incorrect product is delivered. If none of these conditions apply then the product will not be replaced. If an incorrect product is purchased by you , we may replace it at out discretion only. Please note money will only be refunded if we are out of stock. The replacement may take up to 14 days to be replaced and shipped. No reduction in price will be offered for the delay.
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order. Please contact Design Info with the order number via our contact form below to inform us of this in case it happens. Damaged goods are covered 100% in the return policy of Design Info and immediately a new product is shipped to you as soon as the damaged item is returned back to us. It is very unlikely that UPS / FedEx damage goods as our goods are packed with 2 seales and watertight packaging. This waterproof material with a plastic seal makes it almost impossible to get damaged. If a product is internally damaged and the packaging is not damaged then you may have to submit pictures to us via email email@example.com so that we can arrange for a reverse pick up from your address and proceed to dispatch a fresh new product to you. You may have the option for a full refund as well.
